Demand Letter
This is to be typed on the Agency letterhead listing categories and number of staff required, salary and other employment terms & conditions being offered. The demand letter is to be duly signed by the respective Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of employment.
Power of Attorney
A power of attorney is to be issued in the name of Al-Hijaz Overseas Manpower Supply to enable them to advertise, interview and pre-select prospective candidates.
Consul Letter
A Consul letter is to be given addressing to Embassy in Islamabad authorizing Al-Hijaz Overseas Manpower Supply for visa processing and stamping formalities.
